Responsibilities

Lead and mentor the team (5-10 engineers) to ensure high-quality software development.
Work with the head of engineering to define the growth plan for the team and hire skilled engineers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design and Marketing, to align engineering efforts with overall company goals.
Oversee project timelines, ensuring that engineering deliverables are met on schedule and within quality standards.
Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and encourage best practices within the team.
Develop and implement engineering processes and methodologies that enhance efficiency and foster innovation.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Engineering Manager
Strong background in software development with experience in games or other high performance systems.
Excellent organizational and project management skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for effective cross-functional collaboration.
